Staff were very nice, but holy moly, for a not-inexpensive hotel, the room was an odd assortment of faux luxury features and just awful design implementation.
You can hear EVERYTHING coming from the bathroom and I do mean EVERYTHING, which I've never experienced in a hotel room before. The TV had a dozen strange backlights' obscuring the image as if the pixels were actively dying, and the NOISE all night long from the door rocking in its frame made it sound like someone was coming in, which woke me up several times in alarm.
You can't be charging these prices for subpar facility conditions like this.
