No, these were both fine. The one thing that upset us was that we were charged upfront an incidentals fee of $450 for 3 days. This charge is way excessive and then I was told it take 3-5 days faster your stay for to get a refund of this charge. I will not be returning to this resort

The room set up was lovely. I also loved the fish background on the tv. The bed was also so comfortable to sleep in.

Everything was great except the room would not get as cool as we wanted it and the hot water took forever to get hot. Had to run both bathroom faucets for 10 minutes for the water to get hot

Maurice was very welcoming upon checking in and the room was really nice,, I would not go back to the steak restaurant,, staff was great, food was not.

To gange m?tte vi bede om assistance til at f? varmt vand p? v?relset. Tv’et virkede sporadisk selvom der kom teknisk service p? v?relset og reng?ringen sprang helt over den ene dag. Ved foresp?rgsel p? late check out, kunne vi blive bevilliget en time, trods der er relativt f? personer p? hotellet. En meget trist oplevelse at bo her.

Charged me for late check out even though I called the night before and got it approved. Over charged for resort fee x2. Weird restaurants and most aren’t even open during the work week. Not a great experience here and I travel for work almost every week. Stay elsewhere in National Harbor!

This is my second time staying here, and once again, Renee at the front desk has made the experience absolutely fantastic. Her personality & professionalism makes me feel right at home whenever i visit ! Just like the first time, she went above and beyond to assist me—this time helping me with a smooth and early check-in, in which i was able to get the room ready for my girlfriends birthday!!
As a property manager for a luxury hotel in NYC, I know firsthand how rare it is to find staff who consistently deliver this level of authentic, genuine service. Renee embodies the attention to detail, sense of urgency during check in and most importantly the genuine desire to make a guest’s stay better which is exactly what I look for when hiring staff at my property.
Renee, thanks for being a rockstar ! You’re a true asset to your team, and I look forward to coming back again soon and always remember the beautiful suites will always sell themselves but its the front desk staff that determines if a guest will return!

The security of the ****** guests was poor, so the hotel stay was questionable. I also disliked the minibar system (it charges you immediately if you leave items for 60 seconds). Considering the expensive price, I probably won't go again.

So we upgraded our room to the corner suite. It was amazing. The room service was quick. We won $2000 at the ******. Overall great experience. I will be back. The young lady at the front desk was patient and informative.
