Check in was fast and easy. Renee provided excellent customer service. Room was clean. Will definitely return and recommend.

Staff were professional and our room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. There was an older African American woman working at the ticket desk right before our event/concert on Feb. 1st and she was so delightful, patient and extremely helpful. That type of customer service was refreshing!

Great room! Very comfortable! Some suggestions: have more seating at the front by the lobby for your guests. Water and coffee stations for hotel guests would be nice. Extra water for hotel guests would also be nice.

Check-in staff was okay. Room attendants were FANTASTIC. Room was nice/nothing special. Checkout desk agent removed about $100 in fees due to couple things in room not functional. She did this without me asking. Overall, I'd stay here again if there is an event in the hotel, but understand it is not good value for money spent for a weekend stay.

Hotel stay was amazing, room was spacious amazing view, staff was friendly and accomodating, and restaraunts were A+.. Will def return again.

Spectacular room, friendly and courteous staff, nice variety of food options/restaurants, and a great location for proximity to the Tanger outlets. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasurable stay.

This hotel was very mediocre. No hot tubs or indoor pools. No fridge to keep things in your room like bottled water or food. They have those weird weighted snack bars systems in the room where if you accidently knock something over you are charged. The only plus I can think of is it's proximity to the Harbor. Staff were nice and accomodating.

Hospitality and customer service was amazing. However, the room was very dusty. There were broken items nowhere to hang your towels and the hot water would not come through for some reason, so there was no hot water. The show we went and saw started two hours late so that was disappointing.

There was no hotel breakfast or restaurant! All food was available in private, third party facilities … including breakfast … which means no hotel benefits!
